SUMMARY
During 2025, I published an illustrated fantasy duology, the
fourth book in the Oakenwald Chronicles, and a short science fiction romance
story. Also, I ran two successful Kickstarter campaigns to make special
illustrated print books.
In personal news, 2025 was a momentous year for me because my
husband and I decided to relocate to the UK. We now live in a 200-year-old house
near my brother and his family in the Bristol area.

In February, I published a short science fiction romance story, Stranded on Illumina.

B. In April, I published the fourth book in the Oakenwald Chronicles, Primrose Pringle and the Warrior Elf.
Book 4: Primrose Pringle and the Warrior Elf
A cynical mercenary. An elf warrior with a secret. A bond
tested in a savage battle.
The brutal invaders’ march toward the Northlands sends
battle-hardened mercenary, Prim the Grim, riding to defend the border. On her
journey, she intervenes to warn two travelers of a goblin ambush and meets
Thorn, an elven warrior. His combat skills, calm authority and sharp wit spark
an attraction she had sworn to avoid. She is unaware he is Swordmaster Thorson
Brightblade, the legendary hero she has long admired.
Drawn together by their shared mission to repel the
invaders, their perilous trek through the mountains ignites a bond between Prim
and Thorn. But dangers multiply when they join the allied armies at the border.
Treachery stirs within their own ranks and dragons darken the skies. As the
enemy army advances, Prim must choose between her love for Thorn and her duty
to a commander she no longer trusts. Will their love be a beacon of hope or a
casualty of war?

C. At the end of 2025, I published the illustrated duology, Beyond Oakenwald. This duology comprises books 3 & 4 in the Oakenwald Chronicles.
Book 3: Princess Shuka and the Pirate King.
An elf princess in exile. A pirate with a promise. A war
that will unite or destroy them.
Princess Shuka, a proud and pampered elf, is stranded in
the treacherous Marshes of Mu after a dragon attacks. She is rescued by the
jaunty pirate, Captain Rolf Fox.
Rolf vows to restore Shuka to her father, but the
challenges escalate when he learns Shuka’s father has already left her for
dead. An enemy fleet threatens the Marshlands, and Rolf must organize the
defense. With war on the horizon, he is torn between his duty to his people and
his promise to Shuka.
Shuka must swallow her pride and join forces with the
pirate and the barbaric Marshmen to defeat the enemy invaders. Will they
triumph over a relentless enemy or be torn apart?
